近紅外光譜儀器主要技術指標與評價方法概述

摘 要 

近紅外光譜（N I R）是一種高效快速的現代分析技術。近幾年來，各種類型和不同用途的N I R 儀器如雨后春筍般地涌現。面對種類繁多的N I R 儀器，用戶在選購、使用N I R 分析技術時，充分了解和掌握儀器的主要技術指標及其評價方法是十分重要的。本文就這一問題進行了詳細概述，以期對用戶深入了解和選購N I R 儀器，以及使用好N I R 分析技術具有參考作用，同時對光譜分析儀器研究、設計和制造單位也具借鑒價值。

Abstract

Near infrared spectroscopy (NIR) analytical technique has been applied widely in the last ten yeas. VariousNIR instruments of different types and purposes have been emerged like bamboo shoots after a spring rain. The papersummarizes the main specifications and their evaluation methods of NIR instruments, such as resolution, wavelength accuracyand repeatability, photometric accuracy and repeatability, photometric noise, scanning speed, stray light, accessories, andsoftware functions. It is hopeful that it will be useful for customer to select and purchase an appropriate NIR instrument. Thepaper may also be taken as a valuable reference for manufacturer in the design and development of NIR instruments.
