I'm starting to work whit 5' cytidine on plants.I want to know if it's possible to prepare a stock solution to store it at 20℃ In that conditions,the drug lose the desmetilant capacity?

I've wrote to SIGMA but I haven't had any answer.

I'll appreciate any advise

Dissove 5'aza-deoxycytidine in PBS at 10 mM,aliquot in small volume (100μl)and store at 70℃ After an aliquot has been thawed 3-4 times,don't use it anymore,discard it.
