【SGS材料實驗室服務項目】

1. 建筑材料測試與認證：石材CE認證、瓷磚CE認證、地板CE認證、其它建筑產品CE認證；石材瓷磚、板材、無機板材吊頂、玻璃、門窗、建筑五金、腳手架、絕熱保溫材料、塑料管道及管件、建筑化學、防火等測試、大幕墻測試；

2. 化學環保測試：RoHS、REACH SVHC、鹵素、鄰苯Phthalate、偶氮AZO、CPSIA、加州CA 65、19項可溶性重金屬EN 71-3、多環芳烴PAHs、石棉、有機錫化合物、甲醛、TVOC、MSDS等測試；

3. 高分子物理測試：塑料/橡膠/涂料/壓敏膠帶/膠黏劑等高分子材料的物理性能、電學性能、熱學性能、燃燒性能、高分子材料成分定性、成分定量等測試；

4. 耐候老化測試：紫外UV老化、氙燈老化、碳弧燈老化、鹵素燈老化、橡膠臭氧老化、熱空氣老化、老化后色差/灰標評價、機械性能變化等測試；

5. 可靠性試驗：高低溫、溫濕度循環、溫度沖擊、振動、機械沖擊、跌落、防塵防水、高壓清洗、按鍵疲勞和壽命測試，插拔疲勞和壽命等測試；

6. 金屬材料測試：力學性能、成分分析、硬度測試、金相分析、鍍層厚度、尺寸測量、耐腐蝕性（鹽霧、晶間腐蝕）、NDT無損探傷、焊工考試、焊接工藝評定等測試；

7. 儀器設備校準服務：設備送檢或工程師上門到廠服務；

【SGS industry materials laboratory services】

1. Building materials testing and certification: CE certification for Stone, ceramic tile, floor tiles and other building products; stone tile, sheet, plate glass, inorganic ceiling, doors and windows, building hardware, scaffolding, insulation materials, plastic pipes and fittings, chemical, building fire test, Curtain wall test, etc.

2. Chemical testing: RoHS, REACH, SVHC, Phthalate, AZO, CPSIA, California CA 65, EN 71-3 19 soluble heavy metals, PAHs, asbestos, organotin compounds, TVOC, MSDS, formaldehyde test, etc.

3. Polymer physics testing: plastic / rubber / paint / pressure-sensitive adhesive tape / adhesive polymer materials physical properties, electrical properties, thermal properties, combustion performance, polymer material qualitative and quantitative composition test, etc.

4. Weathering aging test: UV aging, UV xenon lamp aging, carbon arc lamp and halogen lamp aging rubber aging, ozone aging, heat aging and aging color / gray scale evaluation, changes in the mechanical properties test, etc.

5. Reliability testing: high and low temperature, temperature and humidity cycle, temperature shock, vibration, mechanical impact, drop, dustproof, waterproof, high pressure cleaning, key fatigue and life test, plug fatigue and life test, etc.
