This standard is applicable to pallets which conform to ISO/DP 6780.2, General Purpose Flat Pallets for Through Transit of Goods — Part 1: Principal Dimensions and Tolerances and other standards. The performance requirements given here apply to pallets tested to the methods of DS/R 2042. Only those designs which reach all the requirements of this document can be said to conform to the standard.
