適用范圍

To act as a seal between machine components engaged in relative motion, glands (stuffing boxes) are chosen as the sealing mechanism. This standard covers the emission control measures of fibrous dusts during production, fitting and removal of braided packings, fabric-reinforced seals and fibre-reinforced packings for pumps, valves, oil hydraulics and other applications. VDI 3469 Part 1 contains all the information common to all sectors of industry, in respect of technology, reducing of emissions, measurement methods and literature references, and must be applied in conjunction with this standard.
