This Code of Practice contains general operational and safety recommendations for the management of public swimming pool water treatment systems,water treatment plant, and wentilation systems in the UK. This Code contains a number of exampes,many of which refer to the use of chlorine-based disinfectans,which are in common use in the UK at present.This however is not intended to proclude the use of other disinfection methods(see 5.2.5).
