適用范圍

1.1 This standard specifies grades, sizes, mass and tolerances, materials, requirements, marking and labelling, sampling and criteria for conformity and testing for steel bars for reinforced concrete : deformed bars, hereinafter referred to as "deformed bars". 1.2 Deformed bars shall be manufactured directly, by hot rolling, from bil-let-, bloom- or ingot-steel made by the open hearth, basic oxygen or electric arc furnace process. 1.3 This standard covers deformed bars of a length of 3.40 m and greater which may be used as reinforcement in concrete for general construction purposes.
