SAFe 180是法國abbelight公司推出的一款基于單分子定位技術的顯微成像(SMLM)的超分辨模塊。該設備具有高度靈活性,能夠搭載在絕大多數的倒置顯微鏡上,并且僅僅需要使用一個C-mount(CCD或CMOS所連接的部位)接口,即可將您的倒置顯微鏡直接升級為超分辨成像系統。并且改造過程不會破壞原有顯微鏡系統的光路和功能,不會與其它的顯微鏡改造相沖突。
本設備既在配置上的選擇也十分靈活。它既可以作為顯微鏡的一個升級配件來改造您的顯微鏡,也擁有完整的超分辨系統。讓用戶在獲得專業的圖像質量的同時,獲得經濟合理的超分辨升級方案。
