1.案例1
為了研究Ca2+在NaCl脅迫下大麥幼苗中酚類物質積累的GABA信號轉導中的作用,用外源GABA及其合成抑制劑3-巰基丙酸(3-MP)等試劑處理幼苗。結果表明,GABA誘導大麥根尖細胞內的Ca2+流入,并改變Ca2+的分布,使鈣沉淀更均勻和密集。此外,LaCl3,EGTA和2-APB處理抑制了酚類物質的積累,這種抑制作用可以通過外源性GABA部分緩解。總之,Ca2+參與了NaCl脅迫下大麥幼苗中酚類物質積累的GABA信號轉導。
