二硫化碳的極性還是很大的

平常做得富勒烯衍生物在TLC上極性還是很大的，都需要甲苯摻乙酸乙酯洗脫，為了在上樣時溶得好，且在柱體上起始時不脫尾，經常用二硫化碳濕法上樣，效果很好，乃至以為CS2的極性非常小。
最近做了些很小極性的衍生物，環已烷：甲苯30：1，才到Rf=0.7的位置，上樣時不假思索，直接用CS2溶了上樣，發現全下來了，后來一查書，CS2的極性還是很大的，此時應用干法上樣。
以后常用CS2，PhCl過柱子時就用到這個知識點了。
