第一章 安全知識
高壓危險標志! 存在有可能致人傷亡的高電壓。
警告標志!若不遵守指示,可能導致儀器的損壞人身的傷害。
為防止火災或電擊:
l 如果線纜有破損,請勿使用儀器;
l 如果提供的電壓超出規定范圍,請勿使用儀器;
l 儀器箱蓋打開時,請勿使用儀器;
l 不要在潮濕的環境中使用儀器;
l 不要將儀器浸沒液體中;
l 不要在腐蝕性氣體環境中使用儀器;
l 不要在超過規定溫度范圍使用儀器;
l 讓儀器在通風良好的環境中工作,以防過熱;
l 僅使用原廠提供的線纜和備件;
l 保證儀器接地良好。
安全預防點:
x-stream 控制器內含電路可產生超過1千伏的高壓,不要打開該控制器,內部也沒有用戶需要維護的部件。
不要在計算機內再使用其他IEEE1394設備,這可能導致硬件無法工作。
若非我公司建議,不要對計算機系統盤(通常是C盤)進行重新格式化、分區、操作系統重裝等工作,這會導致系統數據丟失而無法恢復。(用戶對系統自行處理而造成數據丟失的,不在保修范圍之內)
能譜儀的正常工作需要用戶提供液氮。液態氮是惰性的,無色,無嗅,無腐蝕性,不可燃,溫度極低。氮構成了大氣的大部分(體積比78.03%,重量比75.5%)。液氮會導致嚴重凍傷,在通風不充分的設備里,小量液體汽化成大量氣體造成的過壓,和狹窄工作空間內的氧被取代造成的窒息。儲存和使用液氮要充分通風。當操作或使用液氮時,或任何有(液氮)溢出而存在暴露的可能性的時候,都要穿戴個人防護裝備(眼罩和手套)。
